Smile Science

Smiling:

1. Increase endorphines, those feel good hormones.
2. Reduces anxiety.
3. Lowers blood pressure.
4. Lowers heart rate.
5. Reduces stress.

It gets even better:
1. Smiling induces positive emotions equivalent to the feeling of gettting 19,000.00 dollars.
2. If you smile often enough, you end up rewiring your brain to make positive patterns more often.
3. Happy adults smile an average of 40-50 smiles per day. Children on average smile 400 times a day. The average adult only smiles 20 times a day.

The best is yet to come.

FAT FREE SMILING
Researchers tested 109 people by showing them photos of various people smiling, giving them chocolate and money, and then measuring their brain activity and heart rate to interpret responses to the stimuli.

1. That a smile of a friend was equivalent to 200 bars of chocolate.
2. A smile from a lover one was equivalent to 600 bars of chocolate.
3. The smile of a child was equivalent to 2000 bars of chocolate.

So what are you waiting for. SMILE. :)
